Chelsea Deloucci Birch is a Social Worker, Entrepreneur and youth/women’s leader from New York City. Chelsea serves as an international influencer having traveled to many countries teaching and mentoring youth from different backgrounds. Ms. Birch created an organization “Spread HER Wings” that serves to uplift young women targeting the NYC area and provides resources for overseas education/exchange. While developing Spread HER wings, she also oversees the travel agency behind the program “Spread Your Wings” that aims to provide affordable travel for everyone.
